The carefully selected ingredients come from small farmers and growers of the area to ensure freshness and quality in every taste.


The cheeses on offer are an authentic journey into Alpine flavours: from the robust fromage de Savoie to the creamy Taleggio and the extra-fresh “ricotta” from the valleys. Each cheese is carefully selected, celebrating the cheese-making traditions that make the different Alpine regions unique.
