The gourmet tour we offer our guests comprises four restaurants:
Restaurant 1903, which embraces a zero-mile cooking philosophy that offers a unique gastronomic experience, where attention to sustainability and the quality of local ingredients is at the heart of every dish.
Osteria Il Balivo, located in a cosy chalet opposite the cable car departure point.
La Brasserie du Breithorn, the characteristics of an old Brasserie inserted in a young and dynamic environment. Alpine cheeses from the Aosta Valley, Switzerland and French Savoy and artisanal cured meats with expertly selected combinations.
The “Pizzeria Luppolo e Grano” at number 50 Route Ramey.
This tour will introduce you to the typical products of Aosta Valley, some of which, such as the wheat we use for the flour of our pizzas, the honey you will find in several starters, and the ice cream that accompanies some desserts, are of our own production.
In our restaurants you will find yourself immersed in the typical alpine ambience with the addition of a modern twist.
You will have a menu from which you can choose three courses.
Before your arrival you will receive confirmation of the dates reserved for you in the different restaurants.
